HOW DO I ORDER A PRODUCT?

To order a product, kindly visit our website and follow the proceedings, you can also contact us via call or our direct messaging tool via F¬¬¬acebook/ Instagram or whatsapp online.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

Once order is completed and payment is made, it takes up to 7-14 days for a product to be delivered locally.

WHAT ABOUT DELIVERY CHARGES?

You get free delivery nationwide on any product you order locally.

WHAT IF THE ITEM ORDERED IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS DELIVERED TO ME?

You have all the right to return an unsatisfied item within 15 days after received at no cost, and 60 days with a fee.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

When a product is out of stock, you will be notified immediately, and this will take up to 14-21 days for delivery.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT PLAN?

We only accept payment via our online payment system (Myghpay). This payment system accept MOMO (MTN, AirtelTigo, Vodacash) or VISA/ MASTERCARD

WHAT PAYMENT PATFORMS CAN I USE FOR MY PAYMENTS?

You can make payment through; MTN mobile money, Paypal, VISA, MASTER CARD.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS NOT RECEIVED?

If your return is not cleared for refund, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item.
Please note that we will make 3 attempts to return the product to you. However, after this, we will cancel the return procedure and will keep the product with us for a maximum of 60 days.

CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT?

We offer ranges of products and you can order more than one item at a time. Depending on the time and date ordered, you may receive all items same date.

HOW DO I ENSURE THAT THE PRODUCT AM RECEIVING IS FROM FURWOODD INC, GHANA?

All our products come in a box nicely packaged with a certified stamp and always insist on receipt.

DO YOU HAVE A WALK-IN WAREHOUSE?

NO please. we are solely an e-commerce furniture company.

Yes, so we give you 12+1 months warranty on all our products.

DO YOU IMPORT YOUR PRODUCTS?

No please. Everything is locally manufactured.

WHEN CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT?

We take orders any day, any time of the day. We offer 24/7-hour customer care to our clients and respond to their needs with dignity.

CAN I MAKE MONEY WITH FURWOODD?

Yes, as part of our affiliate program, individuals can have a store and sell our product for commission with hustle-free. What this means is that, you can sell our product and get commission.
